How did u guys start - like how many per set
i do two 25’s in the morning and two more 25’s at night
I used to do like 500 push-ups a day, never rested, never gained any muscle. Make sure yall rest every other day at least

Skipped yesterday this 14/18, gonna try to do a make up of 100 more tonight, this is definitely getting easier though, I also switched up my diet and cut down on drinking last week
Extra 100 complete a nigga feel like i got shot in the chest
