    I used to do like 500 push-ups a day, never rested, never gained any muscle. Make sure yall rest every other day at least

    Skipped yesterday this 14/18, gonna try to do a make up of 100 more tonight, this is definitely getting easier though, I also switched up my diet and cut down on drinking last week

    Upgraded my regiment from diamond pushups to these, these motherfuckers are tough as hell But there's room for a lot of progression since the further you lean the more weight you push
