    Yo sorry ain’t been posting but up I’m up to sets of 50 now

  • I used to do like 500 push-ups a day, never rested, never gained any muscle. Make sure yall rest every other day at least

  • Day 13/15 for me @Wisdom

  • Skipped yesterday this 14/18, gonna try to do a make up of 100 more tonight, this is definitely getting easier though, I also switched up my diet and cut down on drinking last week
