I don't think he understands you have to acquire property in the correct zoning area (which is super expensive), licensing in populated areas is already phased out so you can't acquire (looking to spend 1mil+ aftermarket just for dispensary license in a zoned area, 3mil+ aftermarket for manufacturing and distro which we are)
Nonetheless you have to have a lot of liquidity to even get approved by the state for a license.. Then building out manufacturing you're looking at another 1 mil in expenses for a s***ty lab, or 2 mil for state of the art
but yeah just take the name and start your own weed store :facepalm:
