Not YouTube but the record labels. They aren't doing it to everything though so I'm covering ground that they aren't. They are also using old tech and in SOME instances, my work is better than theirs. I think for some videos they did them a little too early and as a result have kinda ruined some videos.

I'm not entirely sure what my plan is for some After Hours videos. I actually have some of them in 4K already, but not upscaled. For a lot of the videos I'm doing I'm using the studio prores versions and there's a few that are actually in 4K but they aren't streaming anywhere in 4K. I'll probably compress them and share them anyways.
