    Kanye reveals in an interview with GQ that he's deep into recording from sessions in Mexico:

    • West's music managers were "having beats sent to the engineer"
    • "Various versions of new songs from a playlist of 54 tracks"
    • "Other songs are mellow and sweet, with singing and soulful samples."

    June 5th, 2020:

    Demo snippet of "Wash Us in the Blood" surfaces online.
    Nico Ballesteros shares a sample of "Wash Us in the Blood" on Instagram accompanied by visuals of Wyoming.

    June 26th, 2020:

    Kanye announces the #WESTDAYEVER. Officially confirms the "Wash Us in the Blood" music video directed by Arthur Jafa.

    July 17th, 2021:

    Consequence posts a video of Kanye and Tyler, the Creator to Instagram containing a snippet of new music as well as a whiteboard tracklist, it's immediately deleted and then reposted without sound:


    Additionally, "A private album launch party" is scheduled for July 18th, 2021: (ChurchLV pastor confirms album event and confirms second album event at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.)

    July 18th, 2021:

    Kanye holds a listening session for his album Donda in Las Vegas. At the event it is announced that two commercials featuring Kanye music will be debuting during Game 6 of the NBA Finals. Kanye doesn't speak at the event, just plays music. Another listening party is scheduled for July 22nd, at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia.

    Mike Dean announces he is mixing the album.
