Because this is deadass the 2nd prolific situation where a cop is shown shooting a minor in a split 2nd decisiont hat they think could be life or death.

The two girls harassing her where already outside and the teen chased them with the knife in her trying to stab them the girl in pink was just standing next to a car and the teen then lunged at her, she wasn’t fending off physical assault she was that one doing it
