Been listening to this a lot recently

Love how vibrant this album feels. The themes are motivational and the sound is bright and lush. Very refreshing to hear rn. When this first dropped it was my least favorite Ye project up until that point but it was still a huge moment

Wish I could relive this whole time frame. All the singles were crazy, every vid was creative, the aesthetic/art direction was a moment in itself. Very impactful album. Watched the game change after this dropped.

07-08 I was finding out about streetwear, Lupe dropped The Cool, NERD dropped Seeing Sounds, 808s came out in late 08, XXL Freshman cover with Cudi, Spitta, Charles Hamilton, Wale. Graduation was the pinnacle of that time for me

Champion was the first Kanye West song I really loved. Heard it on my brother's iPod. The music video used to be on Dailymotion

I knew about Stronger but didn't like it because I was a huge Daft Punk fan and thought Kanye was ripping them off. I didn't know much about sampling back then. I knew Harder Better Faster Stronger itself used a sample as well, but I didn't appreciate a famous artist like Kanye sampling Daft Punk. Only later did I come to appreciate the song.

The first Kanye West album I listened to in full was The College Dropout, and I read along the lyrics of every song on a Sunday morning before my parents woke up. I got goosebumps the first time I heard Last Call. Since that day, I was a Kanye fan. This was probably around 2009, 2010 or so.

Listening to Stronger on the way to middle school football games

Incredible album. Only blemish on this is “Drunk and Hot Girls”. “Flashing Lights” is one of the best songs I’ve ever heard in my life. Like top 5. Out of everything

Remember playing “Stronger” and “Can’t Tell Me Nothing” in the locker room, suited up waiting for our Saturday morning middle school football games to commence. Great memories

I love the era, the look, and the overall vibe about this album, but in terms of the songs it probably ranks around medium tier for me in Kanye’s discography. Still an amazing project, mind

i liked TCD and LR a lot when they came out, but this is the album that made me the fan of Kanye West I am now. 15 years is crazy!

Same, became a stan after this rollout and album drop. I was one of the people that switched from 50/Aftermath to the Kanye era fully. 2007 was a great year.

I Wonder is still a top 2 Kanye song and it ain’t 2.
