it's a circumstance of the inherent contradictions of capitalism violently forcing people into inhuman conditions and is symptomatic of this violence.
the reason why he's saying "good." is not because he actually supports the violence of armed robbery but to indicate the hypocrisy in the dichotomy of what determines violence or even the dichotomy of "good" violence and "bad" violence.
cops evicting people, being paid upwards of $100k a year is "good" violence but some people being forced into terrible choices as a result of the aforementioned violence is "bad" violence.
