Couple things:

I'm gonna need some examples of the "everyone" who say he's one of the best off the bench, especially since he's been a starter for most of the 5 years.

That's my point about him not playing in the postseason, because he was useless against teams where we would actually have to play a center. Gave him Game 1 against Jokic in the WCF and nailed him to the bench ever since.

The difference between him and Gasol in rebounds this season is 1 rebound a game, he wasn't even a rebounding presence for us since that was AD and LeBron grabbing the boards.

We got Drummond because we actually needed another big since Gasol was actually diagnosed with COVID, that's where rebounding can come into play because he's actually an all-time great rebounder, outside of that actually WATCHING Drummond play he's great getting to the rim but not finishing. He'll just be a lob threat at best and hope his athleticism can actually be used defensively.

And don't bring counting stats concerning points into this when Javale is in Cleveland and Gasol is on a team with LeBron, AD (before he went down), Schroeder, Kuzma, and Harrell providing most of the scoring lol.
