Oh, this is only talking about if you've been exposed to COVID while still being vaccinated. They laid out some parameters in there to where even if you've been exposed you would be fine not quarantining.

Maybe you've been around a friend and he/she later comes back and says that they've tested positive. As long as you're fully vaccinated (at least 2 weeks have past since your 2nd dose/1st dose in the case of J&J) and you're asymptomatic then you're just fine
