police training needs to be overhauled and restructured nothings gonna change until that’s addressed

I think it being such a loud thing in popular culture will have impact over time and things will continue to improve how they have, much too slowly, over the last few decades.
The alternative to that is to not do any of these things and I think this helps more than doing nothing.
Younger Generations than us see how wrong these types of things are in their formative years is a big deal I think.
Maybe I’m too optimistic.
