Basically they made us one (shitty) offer, had our bargaining committee thinking they were negotiating in good faith, so our committee told us if this offer isnt voted in they will just go back to negotiations. Our company said “we have no more money to spend” ( massive lie) when we made a reasonable counter. Then abandoned all negotiations before locking us out a day before the strike date.

Sooo what i expect is they use their power to force our bargaining committe to put it to another vote as soon as the work stoppage begins and Dudes realize they have bills to pay and dont care about the CBA anymore, getting us to take the s***ty deal ending the strike within a week
