Already into hvac and have my residential liscenses but my company started offering apprenticeships for the commercial ones, they had a job available that woulda been a huge paycut for me and i got
Passed over for it, then they said they were offering the hours n schooling for this to 2 ppl and i can keep my current job in the processSo basically the guy who promoted over me got hoed into making half what he used to make for a couple years
