I like it fine but memphis obviously not gona do cow/beef like Tx so jus doesn’t work for me. Their whole thing is pig. So I jus order pork stuff when I’m there and want to love it and it jus never does much for me. From run down hole in the walls to the big touristy spots like Charlie Vergos it’s always just fine to me.

Just in general doesn’t hold smoke and taste as well as beef does and is a filthy animal we prolly shouldn’t eat. If I was a stronger man I’d not eat any pork products at all.
