MCNin fairness tenants do have a lot of rights and in order to evict someone you have to go to court. in a situation like this I don't think the tenant would be successfully evicted if the landlord moved toward doing so (outside of the current federal ban on evictions)
You can evict people for not paying rent. in fact. it is the main reason people are evicted lol

yes, its the same concept in the fact that both the tenant and me are being exploited by someone. Except in this case I will likely have legal recourse. where this woman's only option would be to become homeless. The issue is charging people for basic human necessities, like you know, shelter, and then doubly awful because when they face economic hardships, we do f*** all to help them.
