you should read more on the history of fascism (like the actual ideology of fascism), this isn't true at all and it's a common historical misconception. the oldest iterations of fascism was based on multiracial regionalist nationalism and had no inherent aspects of racism.
the modern association of fascism = hyper-racism only came about because of Hitler building on Evola & Weininger and then the "stuck" association of the Nazi party and it's influence across Axis europe, the origins of fascism were okay with multiracialism so long as it was under a monocultural nationalism. the primary obsession of fascism has always been culture, this didn't become intrinsically associated with racialism until Hitler came to power largely based on Weininger's writing (who i will add, most ironically, was jewish) and then post-Nazi Germany fascism drew from Evola's writing, which itself is completely disconnected from the origin of fascism prior to that point, they're essentially different ideologies which use the same word

i wouldnt recommend either Evola or Weininger outside of learning about historical value since most of their writing is just dense esoteric flowery justifications for racism/antisemitism. the history/context is interesting but the actual writing and ideology not as much. if you want laughs though, Weininger was a closeted gay man and it comes out in much of his writing, going on about very in detail admiring the male body and praising the idea of a world without women but then being like "no h****tho". the most value the writings provide is an interesting distinction in the makings of the neo-ideology vs the precursor. if you want actual ideological foundations of it, there's a lot better and more balanced literature elsewhere
