I'm glad these tweets got pushback even from his audience.
rare case where hanania is agreeing with posobiec, have a slight feeling hanania wouldn't be saying this if there was a different ethnicity at play here
this is the perfect encapsulation of the GOP as a party

the biggest threat to our way of life as conservatives - academia? big business? detached bureaucracy? military-industrial complex? the interwoven media-business complex? business-derivative homogenization? nah it's f***ing sesame street

I'm ignorant to this guy, who is he?

Hanania is a bit of an anomaly, he's a semi-prominent pundit/academic researcher who falls under more of the "populism" label but doesn't have clear politics (which is refreshing to a degree). He's basically known for being extremely progressive on social issues that piss rwers of (i.e. vehemently pro-vax, pro-afghan withdrawal, pro-high taxes, pro-socialized medicine, etc.) while also being extremely conservative on cultural issues (i.e. destroy academia, women shouldn't work or hold leadership positions, anti-civil rights, anti-lgbt, black culture is destroying society, eugenics are good, etc.). He's also a huge Chinaboo who like fetishizes China while still saying Socialism/Communism/etc is stupid, much like people like Richard Spencer. In terms of what he's known for, he's a very good writer in terms of covering middle east & US imperialism - specifically his coverage of the Afghan War and the corruption within US-sponsored NGOs & the pentagon. He falls into the category of "hated by virtually everyone online" because his beliefs are so scattered and non-partisan, which is unusual for big twitter accounts like this. He hates the GOP arguably more than he does democrats, not because of their values or policies inherently, but because he because he basically thinks they're lumpenproles. His politics are closest to someone like Richard Spencer but without the explicit white idpol angle.
(edit: i forgot to add he has a rare case of both jewish & palestinian ethnic background so he usually deflects accusations of racism to that lol)
wow its actually crazy how well the feds get along with each other, i wonder if its the same agency or they just share offices
