An update for you guys:

Looks like I found a spot, deposit is paid and hopefully moving in around or before the first. It’s a little deeper into the trenches than where I’d rather be but I’ve scooped it out and the neighbors all seem elderly. It’s actually next door to a girl I used to date and hang with in HS. The initial rent was knocked down about 150$ so I’m definitely happy about that too. Mostly saving up to make sure I’m in a much better neighborhood a year from now. Just hope some of the people I used to kick it with aren’t lingering around. Most of them are d***ged out or on treacherous s*** and I want no parts of it.

Mostly now just need to find all new furniture because the stuff here where I am just needs to be thrown out.
