We’ve hired quite a few people globally but the problem now is that we have like 8 people new to the company/department that need to be trained. So it’s like sure they can help but right now they ask me too many dumb questions simply because they are new lol

Lmao yes our training process for our department is essentially non existent. It’s basically let’s throw them into the fire and see what happens. I’ve put together some recordings and work instructions but i feel like new hires need more than that
