but don't stop searching. i quit my previous job in april, and prior to that i spent almost 3 months sending hundreds of resumés. it was tough for me because i still didn't finish school yet (just finished my undergrad in june) and i got rejections for that reason, despite having years of relevant working experience.

it's a grind but it will eventually give you the best reward

You right and it’s certainly not a perfect process but again they are attempting to paint a picture of you based on a piece of paper that talks about who u are what what you’ve accomplished up to this point (career & education wise)
