Tbh I think it had something to do with me not getting along with a couple managers. Their are like 8 managers at my job and I get along really well with like 5 of them and don’t speak at all to the rest and got in a huge argument with one of them a cOuple months ago. S*** is all politics smh

you need to do something out of your comfort zone because seeing that depressing ass inside of your store just shows me your dreams are being killed

if you can't even figure out that you should email or linkedin message the hiring manager instead of shotgun blasting your resume out you need to visit a career counselor type person

you should focus on 5 applications of places you really want to work and do whatever you can to get hired at 1 of them for example
