Muscle relaxers haven’t helped my muscle pain. That doctors appt 2 weeks ago was a complete waste of time!

I went to a range last year high af (would not recommend. Was stupid but they surprised me with the plans)

Walked into the shooting room without my ear phones on and some dude was letting a 12 gauge off. Almost went deaf
