Isn’t it crazy how theres a system in place to detect music being played without a labels approval in which leads to copyright. How does a system pick up lyrics in a video like that? And how does it differ from a song and someone talking loudly repeating those lyrics. System probably logs the users voice etc. as well

has to do with the wavforms

technically every single song ever made is “unique” with how the wavs form in the audio file itself

thats the reason if u find a instrumental to a song that’s already out on youtube it’s copyrighted by the label, even if there’s no lyrics

algorithm just reads the wav form and if it hits in the database that the label registered it in, its automatically copyrighted
