when you focused and truly locked in when working on something or performing your sense of self shuts off for a while and your only brain function is on the task, as in you have no sense of ego or person for a short time. so its like the most efficient way to work and usually takes a couple hours to get into, it's kind of like meditation except you actually using it to do something
