If we talking real establishments and not like min wage, I think 8 hours, 4 days isn’t insane imo. Obviously salaries gotta be redistributed in a way to make that work for both sides, but I think it’s clear businesses are for the first time, having to bend over to address the employee’s morale

I think a lot of min wage types are gonna be so deep in the red for a while that they won’t be able to pay more (which I think min wage workers should get). They could be gone forever yknow
I think it’ll just be a smaller, more powerful crop of survivors…cuz the gap between minimum wage and that next tier of pay still hasn’t be solved, and only gets wider and wider. So dudes might go from $10 to $15, but they’ll be doing 3x the work and they’ll have way more options. Just my theory!
