Well the thing I always feel about the NBA draft is that a draft picks outside of lets say top 5 shouldn’t hold much off a premium (draft years can vary ofc)
If the Knicks scouting team think this fella can play 25 minutes a game from his first year than trading 19+21 and like filler should be a no brainier. Just depends on how good the scouting is.
To win the chip you need a MVP level candidate along with at least one other all star then good role players.
Doubt it’s something of de minimus value that’s holding up a deal so they’re probably asking for a substantial addition, and I’m unsure if there’s a sufficient difference between him and other available role players like trey Murphy — who’s younger and cheaper — to justify it unless we see potential for on ball growth in the nba
Also, we pretty vastly overperformed last season. Unless we’re pretty confident in bringing in a star we should still be in talent accumulation mode and not looking for plug and play glue pieces
Tf we doing itt
Pocket watching
come outside were not gonna hurt you @okay_yeah 🙈

Tbh I never expected we'd venture into these hours but it's rather interesting for the sake of full disclosure and whatnot
"How would Sharife Cooper or Tre Mann fit on the Sixers?"
Jackson Frank knows how to get my motherFUCKING attention.
Tre Mann would be fire, don't think Sharife can currently do anything that Ben isn't already doing (or not doing)
I’m so broke and hungry I’m sleeping in a Burger King every night and eating the $1 nuggets everyday

I agree tbh.
No point falling in love with a player when they most likely are easier to obtain a year into their contracts.
I think the Knicks should keep getting talent and go or next years FA class. At the end of the day it’s the Knicks and they have their s*** together

Ctfu What a great feeling in college that was.
Nah I didn't mean a vet min with us he'd most certainly be leaving should he opt out, just don't think he has a market so he'd have no reason to opt out at all
Knicks would be smart to throw him some money

Disrespecting mini Magic Johnson and lightskin Magic Johnson in one post
where do you get off
