Yes the track record of a***ysts is shaky and this even includes scouts.. Especially on lottery bigs.
Also the scouts aren't necessarily wrong... Some people choose to focus on the strengths that scouts list and undermine or gloss over the weaknesses.... I'm also looking at the track record of bigs who lack clear skills they excel at... He's seen as jack of all trades, but he's a master of none.... And most the things he can do.... He doesn't do particularly well...
The things he clearly does well is passing and defending, but even his defense in addition to his offense will be dependent on him effectively bulking up and maintaining that mobility...
