no that's a de minimis genetic similarity and the immune system detects targets by shape not amino acid sequences, if our immune system were that blunt everyone would have autoimmune diseases

the replicate spike proteins are supposed to be introduced to your immune system that's how it works loll, and the vaccine itself doesn't contain any

it just instructs your ribosomes to make a harmless copy and the whole thing metabolized in like a week
