I don't really see any similarities in their game at all. Middleton is a much better shot creator (among the best in the league, especially from midrange) and Cade just isn't at that level yet, whereas Cade is a much better playmaker. I do see some defensive similarities as they are pretty much the same size and they're both good on-ball defenders who can guard 1-3 and occasionally 4s on a switch
