you unbutton the sleeves every time you put a flannel on?

Why do you think they put buttons at the sleeves in the first place? They're meant to sit snug by your wrist so they don't interfere with manual work. The whole oversized or loose schtick isn't the norm.

been interested in Beams Plus for a while and might even cop the same shirt. I'm basically between a S and M but the brand being Japanese makes me think I should size up to M.

I usually rock XS but I got an S and it fits past the waist. I usually prefer shirts to fit sitting at the waist but the fit is still good with this shirt.
