Texas Tech/Kentucky | Kentucky -2.5
West Virginia/LSU | West Virginia -8.5So by my tally, I have the following numbers
Big 12 teams would be favored in 7/10 matchups by an average of 6.3 points per game
SEC teams would be favored in 3/10 matchups by an average of 2.2 points per game
In conclusion, the Big 12 is equal (at worst) at the top and far deeper than the SEC.

It’s def the best conference this year, and the SEC has sucked as a whole this year. Just two conferences that went different directions since last season
