I was telling Auburn fans, Alabama got rewarded metrically for playing real teams OOC. We felt like we were way better before conference play started bc we had a great record against NPCs

Bama knows what they are against tournament caliber teams in neutral environment. Auburn knew what it was like to lose close in neutral environments against Baylor and App St. And that bore out again today

If you have two quad 1 OPPORTUNITIES, not even wins, but OPPORTUNITIES, in your OOC, you scheduled wrong. I’ll give them that USC ended up exploding by the first month and Indiana underperformed, but we simply failed

3/4 of the conference putting up near or over 100+ points today. Definitely not as disappointing as the Mountain West although I really don’t care about the conference reputation outside of talking s***.

It’s just a completely deserved loss. I mentioned the catastrophe of bad luck we’ve had with the PG spot, and all Auburn fans are aware of how bad it’s been. You can’t preach that we got 10, we got 11, if your ball handlers are f***ing bad.

As for the conference, I dunno. There’s probably too many teams that are specialists one way or the other. I also don’t really care much about conference success, but dudes were b****ing and moaning about the Big East, and everyone that should’ve made it either tucked their tails up their boyholes or lost in the NIT. MWC is a joke. Big 10 are kings of the first round, then they sit and choke on their own vomit once they can’t scheme for opening weekend matchups (Izzo, Painter)
