I feel like this kinda reflects the entire music industry at this point tbh
Music is circulated more within specific fanbases and there's less crossover as people move off radio and the labels look like they want to spend less
I haven't heard a single song from any artist OP listed and that would have been literally impossible 10 years ago

Ive heard fortnight and ditwabh a decent bit on local radio and they were both really sauceless, can't believe this person is so insanely popular + made good albums like 1989 at one point
