There is no evidence of this happening among healthy and young individuals and no one involved in the vaccine is seriously concerned - instead just recommending an additional degree of caution with the vaccine for the very old and frail

Even if we assume all 23 are entirely because of the vaccine this is a death rate of 0.1%

COVID has a death rate among 80+ of 7.8%

So even if you’re 85 and at risk of these side effects, by taking the vaccine you’re increasing your likelihood of survival by 78 times

I wish they better define what constitutes "frail", is my 73 year old father with diabetes considered frail under this circumstance?

so far they're only giving it to the weakest people in nursing homes, presumably to test the most immediate side effects on people who're about to die anyways

I heard they throwing away tons of vaccines because so many folks in the medical field refusing to take it

why would they throw them away when there's such a global demand for them...? that makes no sense whatsoever

once the vaccines are prepared, they have a very short shelf life, like 6-8 hours iirc

if people cancel appointments, they have to rush to find people in the building who want vaccines or else they have to throw them out
