However I think 2pac is as close to perfect distillation of a "rap artist" as u can get with the combination of radical consciousness in his message, alongside the ease with which the songs you could dance and party to were made. the image, the performance of it all, the force with which his words were delivered.

Unfortunately some of the things going on in his life prevented us from having him around longer but he gave so much in his short time.
