He probably would’ve gone in again like Suge for the Orlando Brown incident because it’s a clear demonstration of a felon associating with known gang members and enacting gang violence on camera, but the Feds actually tried for years to catch Suge and Death Row on a RICO but were never able to quite build the case because Suge was inside, Snoop left, and the overall enterprise was collapsing.

I feel like Greg Kading’s investigation and Murder Rap documentary into what really happened with the murders of Big and Pac was the most credible and accurate.

But I understand Keefe D wasn’t the most reliable witness and he started to backtrack and change his story in interviews prior to being charged. Seem like he purposely wanted to muddy the waters of that investigation.
