Best outside of his 3 masterpieces maybe. Even that’s debatable. It’s more consistent than AG but AG has higher highs and more interesting songs imo. Vol 2 was Hov at his commercial peak and was bangers from top to bottom so that’s in the running too. Then you have WTT. Only half his but that s*** is a mf classic. Best collab album ever in any genre.
