I’m not sure where to even begin with this
You’re looking at it from the wrong perspective.
His album is geared towards people who didn’t have strong parental figures in life, so basic life lessons for some are wisdom for others
Reported all people who downplayed the production
album production the worst part about it and i don’t even like the album like that to begin with. hardly some of NO ID best work in fact that beat he did for jay elec on awt better than any of these beats tbh
I agree. I really do not like Jay’s cadence in most of the songs on this album. It just sounds like he’s tryna jam so many words together in order to make the bar work. It ends up sounding so discombobulated to me.
I thought he had a much better rap performance on Everything is Love.
reading thru the thread and OP prolly bored with nobody to talk to so he just typing away stuff on the internet that he knows will get a rise out of people. get a productive hobby OP
Black people need capitalism to get ahead so you’re wrong 🤷🏽♂️. Black peoples need to switch from a consumer to a producer. Only then can we finally empower our community
Marcy me
Streets is my artery, the vein of my existence
I'm the Gotham City heartbeat
I, started in lobbies, now parley with Saudis
I'ma, Sufi to goofies, I could prolly speak Farsi
That's poetry, reek of coca leaf in my past
It's good, don't return to it much outside a few songs.
Title Track
It’s not even good rapping and he’s saying nothing but Ed s*** the entire time
awful take

even aside from that, delaying gratification goes a long way. i'm lucky in my public school system they taught up about credit and investing and taxes. if you just give yourself a couple years in your late teens and early 20's to really give yourself that solid base financially it'll set you up for life. i didn't have a single pair of jordans in college but i got nearly an 800 credit score working at the mall. part of why i fw the album so much, people always say they don't want the financial literacy raps but they need to hear it from somebody
