I also checked the "Natalie Biden" claims. They are totally bogus. What happened:
There is a boy named Hunter Biden II. He is the son of Beau Biden, who named the child after his brother. Hunter Biden II has a sister named Natalie Biden. Hunter II and Natalie sometimes shared a tablet. Natalie took pictures of herself with the tablet. The pictures are all innocent pictures you would expect from a teenage girl. What 4chan did was add censorship bars to pictures to make them seem like lewd pictures, whereas the real pictures are all normal. The most risque thing is a bikini shot of her, which can't be considered child p***ography by any stretch of the imagination.
TLDR: The adult named Hunter Biden does not have inappriopriate pictures of his niece on his tablet.
