This is Stanley cannon but I agree that Drake having hella filler is a bit over blown

It’s not necessarily that he fills his albums with a bunch of tracks that NO ONE likes per say… the real issue is he fills his albums with a bunch of s*** that don’t sound good together and have nothing to do with each other thematically and they alienate different parts of his fan base. He tries to offset this by making sure there is “enough” for everyone and that’s why his albums are so long, at least probably the creative reasoning behind it (there are business reasons too)

Most drake stans like this pot luck approach but for the rest of us it f***s up the vibe. I’d much rather him focus on a particular sound that caters to a particular part of his fan base keep it short and sweet and move on to the next project
