Following 5 years of silence, a 2016 Wolfgang Tillmans remix, and a further 4 years of silence, Michigan via-Louisiana Witch House trio turned-duo SALEM premiered the 'STAY DOWN' mix on NTS in May 2020:

The duo then released a single in September, Starfall. The track is still one of their best:

Then, on October 30th, Fires In Heaven was released.

A hell of a project, the album comprises of demos recorded between 2012 and 2019, reworked by Shlohmo into complete songs for everyone's listening pleasure.

The boys then disappeared for 3 years, played New York in 2023, played Primavera in June of this year and are now featured on Shlohmo's upcoming album 'Repulsor', dropping tomorrow.
