This still doesn’t top what Travis did last year
Nah man. It goes beyond endorsements and hits.
50 was just mythical. Dude had guys wanting to be him and chicks wanting to be with him. Kids looked up to 50 like a real life superhero because of the legend of him surviving 9 bullets and even old people liked his hits cause they were catchy.
And he did shows globally like in Angola, Ukraine, India, and Peru.
Travis is big but it's just not the same at all.
all this happened when the game and jimmy henchmen started a campaign against 50 cent
and 50 doubled down and started his own ban 50 campaign and sold more vitamin water
This was yayo fault 😂

yeah I meant commercially and endorsement wise cause that’s all what @op listed in his post but I get what you’re saying
The thing is also 50 had the old traditional wait 2 years than drop an album , musically he didn’t have the control he wanted. Its not like now when drake pushes his own album because he doesnt like the responds. Back in 2005 interscope pushed the massacre back multiple times, 50 had to leak candy shop on his own to get the label to back it.
Interscope hated the fact 50 kept giving out free material with the mixtape and s***. These days drake can drop an album whenever he wants an call it a “mixtape” 50 never had that power.
exactly if he played his card better he woulda died down around 2010 rather than sooner he was Curtis "Interscope" Jackson at one point
listen I know you’re probably some 35 year old dust head whose nostalgia is speaking for him so I get that you’re sensitive about this but it’s okay
you're just wrong... but go off and try to attack me personally.

Man shut up
Travis is just a walking billboard cuz he has no real personality or anything to say. He’s an easy corporate darling for companies to just throw money at
50 hand to grind a make his own s*** all while being a big personality and the villain

sooo...
if it’s so easy to be a walking billboard why has it taken this long for this level of endorsement to be attached to a single artist? again y’all probably gonna make threads in 15 years talking about Travis’ 2020 cause it obv isn’t good enough for y’all to realize what he did
Travis might've surpassed this in 2020. Sony/PlayStation, Fortnite, McDonalds, Nike/Jordan, feel like I'm missing some.
Lol

He was making up of 80% of black music at interscope
