Atp it's somewhat clear to me Drake intends on dropping something in 2023. Funny thing is, all my favorite projects of his post-NWTS are the ones that he makes very quickly: If you're reading this and her loss specifically (wonder how long he worked on H,M).

I’m kinda in for drake just saying f*** it and dropping a bunch of albums
I think the having classics criterium is a thing of the past
Dudes made his name with hardly any definitive classics in his name

Yeah I feel the same culture is too fragmented for a difinitive classic anymore
I don’t think that should stop him from trying to make a great album tho
His two last year were amazing, really cohesive production and concepts and had strong themes. I hope he stays on that wave instead of the potluck s*** he was on from views-CLB
I’m just not a fan of projects with 10 different styles on it unless it’s a mixtape or something

It’s almost as if sales don’t directly correlate to s*** being a classic

When you have fans dedicated enough to support your project over a decade after release that speaks volumes to the quality considering so much music has come and gone. Not all people sit online acting like critics, the majority vote with their wallet

Take care isn’t a classic
There are legitimately bad songs on there

A good bit of GKMC is unlistenable (albeit most of this sounds may have been deluxes)

That’s also not a classic and Kendrick’s worst studio album

GKMC is a classic and is his worst album

So classic album definition is no longer a near perfect or perfect album but rather an album you like a lot ?
