I used to work at a job that hired a f*** ton of Europeans and they deadass thought 50cent was a God.

I think 2000’s is just when hip hop hit Europe hard.

Eminem and 50 are like Adam and Eve to them

Rofl like anyone was checking for 50 cent music in 2021. Dudes shelved this every year, all those big budget singles with all the features from eminem, Adam Levine, jeezy, snoop, kendrick Lamar, Dr dre, Alicia keys and none of them could get 50s dusty ass even a semi hit πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

50 had a hit after all of that tho lol

  • I forgot about it lol

This is the problem. Like other rappers/singers. He lost his magic touch.

Back then, every 50 hook used to be dope.

Pac had been dead for decades. Only Hip Hop fans knew about him. Just like Biggie.

Europeans care more about hip hop than the average rap fan in America.

In America, we clown and roast rappers for falling off and being washed, especially if they start pursuing acting careers.

But, in Europe, "washed" rappers and underground acts can tour and sell shows out like nothing cause Europeans generally care more about the music than the image/relevancy.

Cause you guys have thousands of rappers to care about. So when one of them is forgotten about, he tours overseas or Latin America.

Game is a good example, he would get a lot of love outside of the US.

Maybe when he was still living, but Pac is extremely famous now worldwide.

There's murals of him in every continent and he's more famous than a lot of living rappers today. Maybe only Eminem is more popular than him cause of all the records he broke sales wise but I honestly think Pac is more famous than 50/Snoop/Drake worldwide.

Yeah, but the rappers I mentioned pretty much opened the door. I feel like you have to be into Hip Hop to know who Pac and Biggie were.
