some call it 50’s second classic
others call it really good but not a classic

I think it's a decent project, but it was impossible to top the hype he created with "Get Rich or Die Tryin.'"
I don't really revisit any of the songs on here, but I did think the music video for "Piggy Bank" was pretty cool.
Looking back, it just saddens me that 50 Cent (the guy who got shot nine times) was one of the first impressions of masculinity for Black men my age.
But, yeah. Those are my thoughts, f*** nigga.
Def not a classic and it introduced all of 50s worst music characteristics that defined his falloff
Ut considering what came next its a step above, even if there's a truckload of commercial trash on there as well and the sound in general far less energetic and focused
50 following up grodt with a generic "shake that ass girl" song that kinda sounded like a lloyd banks-on fire retread as the first single was hilarious
Following it up with corn on the Cobb like candy shop and just a lil bit (one of most wasted beats of all time) was icing on the cake
"This is 50 coming out ya stereo, hard to tell tho cuz I switched the flow
"
Exceptional record (barring perhaps one or two songs)
I will always be ride or die for the G-Unit Records 2002-2005 streak - every album across those four years is a banger in some way or another, Fif truly ran my s*** during that time.
ski mask way is a all-timer
Take the best songs from this, the get rich soundtrack, songs he gave away to g unit and you have an all time classic
It’s only like 4 song I can’t listen to on this album other than that it’s classic, s*** started with in my hood

Worst part was this being the start of him trying to sound like some musical marketing genius in interviews breaking down the music and the marketing behind them just for the singles to sound like generic background party music in 2000s comedy movies
