One in which only educated people would be able to vote (you had to pass a test)
The interviewer asked well wouldn't that be a problem for the lower class in particular African Americans who don't have access to the same decent education as certain white counterparts thus not having votes...

This professor deadass said that it would be better for them because educated white people will vote in black peoples interest since it's only the uneducated that are racist and vote against black peoples interest

The professor tried to rationalize a voting system in which a majority of poor people and African Americans (amongst other minorities) didn't even get to vote iirc only 25% of the population would be able to vote.....
