Idea:

Allow users to create groups that can be tagged. the creator of the group can invite users to become a member of this group. The creator of said group can then tag these users whenever they want. Said users can leave this group any time they desire.

e.g.
1. Yo this is OP speaking police chase live NOW @policechasesquad
2. Yo everyone this is your guy @AudioConsulting speaking, I am glad to share another Soul Sunday with all of you. @audioconsultinggang
