Is Cam. The jump from CoF to SDE is a noticeable one. It did him good and it worked, I think most people prefer the Cam we know compared to the earlier rappity one. CoF still smacks off.

No jay z talk in this thread. There’s no proof he’s don’t it, it’s just something he said he did and quite frankly I don’t believe him. He’s a damn liar

This is a good example. I wouldn’t call myself a huge Kendrick fan but I will give him credit that he can easily maneuver in that sense

    Also Nas with Nastradamus.
IWW and I Am... got a more accessible sound overall but with Nastradamus he exasperated this thing

No I don’t think there’s any argument here. Sure c3 had radio songs but it wasn’t a fully commercial album. You’re comparing ones highs to another’s lows, I don’t know what you’re trying to prove here

I can see that, sonically at least but I wouldn’t say his content or style was compromised. You’re right though it’s just not extreme

Forgot that last year we got great examples of this with smash talk and klit itz here
Both q and krit previous albums were considered among their best work and then they hit us with trash
