My favorite is the 90s cartoon and then the older movies.
Favorite villain?
Villains is tough because there are so many I like for different reasons.
Lex for being "the opposite" troupe. Philosophically feels like superman is holding humanity back. He's powerless but powerful. His problem is that he doesn't actually car.
Darkseid. And I believe he's better as a Superman villain instead of a JL villain. Superman believes everyone can be redeemed and if given a real chance would make the choice to do good. He's all about freewill and from a biblical standpoint Darkseid is the antithesis of that. But darkseid is (or should be) the only villain Superman is willing to kill.
I like brainiac and metallo
I really like Livewire and edit I meant livewire and Parasite.
I like mongul but I think that's largely due to the writing of the episodes he's in and not so much his actual character.

like I don't want to hear about batman or connection to any other hero even possibly for multiple movies
I think it also hurt the MCU but I know they like selling fan experiences and what not. Like imagine if the watchmen show was setting up Dr. Manhattan resetting the dceu with doomsday clock

Yeah sometimes they try to do too much with these s***s and Watchmen snyder and dceu damn near the same universe with the tone and choices he made vs him trying to truly do his own thing
