Ngl I liked The Flash outside of the horrendous CGI but to this day idk why they decided their primary marketing approach for that movie was overwhelming WOM that fell flat the week it released

That movie is great apart from some CGI scenes and they weren't a dealbreaker for me

Some of the concern people had for this movie is hilarious man. They really thought he’d put GOTG type music in this? Have GOTG like jokes? He might not have made a Superman like superhero movie before but he knows how the tone should be lol.

I think the idea is that at it's foundation, GoT and Superman is grounded and you can see the daily conversations and issues between normal people but there's still dragons in that show and it doesn't hinder the quality or take you out of it you know?

So like The Daily Planet setting with Clark talking with Lois or having a real romance with her feels as real as any other romance movie while still having the fantasy elements in this universe / world

the suicide squad is gotg reskin
and every single gunn directed movie so far has had cringe humor so jukebox soundtrack and bad jokes were definitely on the bingo card

Maybe if you didn’t see anything he posted about Superman lol. Think it was very obvious he read a lot of comics and knows his s***.

Also it’s nice to know this movie won’t be 45% in slow motion.

superman has so many different interpretations it doesnt matter if u read every comic he has ever been in cause there are so many different versions of the canon you could do goofy superman with jokes every minute or dead serious superman with no humor at all and you can also enjoy both versions
