One thing I noticed is how a lot of people don’t connect Man of Steel with Nolan despite:

• Him having a hand in the story along with David Goyer (writing team from the Dark Knight Trilogy)

• Being a producer of the film with his wife Emma Thomas. He famously asked and fighted to keep Jon Peters off the set

• He handpicked Snyder to direct it

• It’s Superman but it’s almost sure he convinced Hans Zimmer to do the score due to their relationship and work from the Dark Knight Trilogy.
